DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND LEADERSHIP ENHANCEMENT IN US

Digital transformation is now considered the “backbone” of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, playing an important role in improving operational efficiency, thereby creating great profit value. However, Digital Transformation will not be of success without a methodical and comprehensive Leadership. The program was held at Harvard University and practical experience sharing was conducted at General Electric (GE).
