Digital transformation is now considered the “backbone” of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, playing an important role in improving operational efficiency, thereby creating great profit value. However, Digital Transformation will not be of success without a methodical and comprehensive Leadership. On that basis, the program “Promoting Digital Transformation and Enhancing Leadership in the United States” has been initiated by VIETSTAR for leaders of Power Generation Corporation 2 (GENCO2) from March 25 to April 6, 2023. The program was held at Harvard University and practical experience sharing was conducted at General Electric (GE).
With focus on in-depth knowledge in Strategy Execution of Digital Transformation and Appropriate Leadership Development, targeted at leading successful digital transformation for businesses in the digital era, the training was delivered at Harvard University and practical experiences sharing was conducted at GE – USA.

Digital transformation is not either a breakthrough or technology but also integrates 3 strategy pillars: People, Process and Technology.
