Mr. Lim is a former Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors, Member of the OECD – Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable. He was also a member of the Steering Committee for the Review of the Companies Act, the CFO Institute Advisory Council, the Governing Committee of the Singapore Compact for Corporate Social Responsibility, former Director/Board Member of the International Chamber of Commerce Singapore and the Singapore Manufacturing Federation.
Group President & CEO of Sembcorp Industries. With 30 years of leadership experience in energy and investment management, Mr. Wong Kim Yin has led Sembcorp’s sustainability strategy – transitioning its portfolio from brown to green. He previously served as Group CEO of Singapore Power (SP Group) from 2012 to 2020. Prior to SP Group, he directed and led investments as a Senior Managing Director at Temasek International and AES Corporation. He is also a board member of China Venture Capital Fund Corporation Limited and Vice Chair of the World Energy Council.
Mr. Shai Ganu is a Board Member and Chair of the ESG Committee at the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). He is also a Managing Director and Global Advisory Practice Leader at Willis Towers Watson. He has served as a member of the Global Executive Board of the Climate Governance Initiative, is a member of the Climate Governance Expert Community at the World Economic Forum (WEF), and is a founding member of the Singapore Chapter.
Professor Lawrence Loh is the Director of the Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) at the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore, where he is a Professor of Practice in Strategy and Policy. At CGS, Professor Loh directs sustainability initiatives for ASEAN and Singapore. He runs the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index and the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. Professor Loh leads research on business integrity and workplace diversity.
Willie Cheng is a former Board Member of Accenture, the global technology and management consulting company. He currently serves on the boards of NTUC Health, Far East Hospitality Trust, A5-DB Operations, CFL Lumens Trust, and apVentures. He is a past Chairman of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, the Lien Centre for Social Innovation, Caritas Singapore, CHARIS, the Singapore Science Centre, the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation, and Jurong Country Club. He is currently Vice President for Digital Solution Design at GE Digital and Executive Director of Software Solution Development at GE Power & Water. He has been with GE Corporation for over 20 years since joining GE in 1999. He also served as Engineering Director for GE Energy from 2007 to 2014. Currently, his expertise focuses on areas including: Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics (RM&D), Industrial Internet, Big Data Analytics, Root Cause Analysis, and Customer M&D Platform Development.
Professor at Indiana University, Member of the Government Advisory Group and Chairman of the Vietnam Initiative, a global network for leadership training and policy consulting for Vietnam. Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh is a Professor at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University Bloomington. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University, USA, in 2009. He also taught at Harvard from 2014-2015. Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh has participated in the UN Asia-Pacific Scholars Program, the Asia Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Program, and the Research Board of the Vietnamese Prime Minister. Additionally, he has many years of experience consulting on various projects and studies for governments, the United Nations, and the World Bank.
Mr. Stanley Huang Tian Guan is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Power (SP). He is also the Chairman of key SP Group subsidiaries including SP PowerAssets Limited, Singapore District Cooling Pte Ltd, Singapore Power International Pte Ltd, and SP Digital Holdings Pte. Ltd. He also holds the position of Director at SP Services Limited and SP Group Treasur Pte. Ltd. Mr. Huang is also the Managing Director of Singapore Power International and previously held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Power.
Dr. Vu Minh Khuong is one of the most outstanding Ph.D. graduates from the prestigious Harvard University. He is currently an Associate Professor teaching at the National University of Singapore. Dr. Khuong was a member of the Economic Advisory Group for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, term 2016-2021. He is also a senior advisor to numerous government agencies, corporations, and major international organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the World Bank.
