Prof. Lawrance Loh

Prof Lawrence Loh is Director, Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) at NUS Business School, National University of Singapore where he is Professor in Practice of Strategy and Policy.
At CGS, Prof Loh leads various governance and sustainability initiatives for ASEAN and Singapore. He steers the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index and ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. Prof Loh also heads studies on business integrity and leadership diversity.

Mr Willie Cheng

Mr Willie Cheng is former managing partner of Accenture, a global governance and technology consulting firm. He currently sits on the board of several listed and non-listed companies and nonprofit organisations: NTUC Health, Far East Hospitality Trust, A5-DB Operations, CFL Lumens Trust and apVentures. He served as chairman of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, Lien Center for Social Innovation, Caritas Singapore, CHARIS, Science Center Singapore, Singapore IT Federation and Jurong Country Club.

Mr. Wong Kim Yin

Group President and CEO of Sembcorp Industries
With 30 years of leadership experience in the energy sector and in investment management, Mr. Wong Kim Yin has been instrumental in leading Sembcorp’s transformation of its portfolio from brown to green. He was the group chief executive officer of Singapore Power (SP Group) from 2012 to 2020. Prior to SP Group, he led investments and project development in his roles at Temasek International and The AES Corporation. He is also a board member of China Venture Capital Fund Corporation and a Vice Chairman of the World Energy Council.

Mr. RAHUL CHADHA

Mr. Rahul is Vice President, Digital Solutions Design at GE Digital and Managing Director of Software Solutions Development at GE Power & Water. He also served as Chief Technical Officer of GE Energy from 2007-2014. Currently, his specialization mainly focuses on the following areas: Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics (RM&D), Industrial Internet, Big Data Analysis, Failure Root Cause Analysis, Customer M&D platform development.

Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh

Professor at Indiana University; Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Vietnam; Chair of Vietnam Initiatives at IU, a global network of experts on development policies for Vietnam.
Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh is a Professor at Indiana University Bloomington. He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University. He also teaches at Harvard from 2014-2015. Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh has participated in UNDP Academic Fellowship, Asia Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Program and Vietnamese Prime Minister’s Research Council. In addition, he also has many years of experience in working as consultant for reform initiatives by national governments, the United Nations and the World Bank.

Mr. Stanley Huang Tian Guan

Mr. Stanley Huang Tian Guan is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Power Group (SP). He is also the chairman of SP’s key subsidiaries including SP PowerAssets Limited, Singapore District Cooling Pte Ltd, Singapore Power International Pte Ltd and SP Digital Holdings Pte. Ltd. He also served as the Director of SP Services Limited and SP Group Treasur Pte. Ltd. Mr. Huang is also the Managing Director of Singapore Power International and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Power Group.

Dr. Vu Minh Khuong

Dr. Vu Minh Khuong is currently an Associate Professor of National University of Singapore. Dr. Khuong was a member of the Economic Advisory Group of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc for the 2016-2021 term. He was also a senior advisor to many government agencies, corporations, and major organizations in the world such as the United Nations Development Program, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and more.
