Vietnam–Singapore Board Forum (VSBF), established in 2021, is a distinguished platform that annually convenes board members, C-suite leaders, and prominent thought leaders from Vietnam, Singapore, and across the globe. The forum serves as a hub for sharing insights, exchanging best practices, and addressing critical issues in corporate governance and sustainability.

Throughout its five editions, the VSBF has also received support from leading Universities/Corporations such as Singapore Management University, Temasek Holdings, Sembcorp Industries, General Electric , GenZero, etc.

VSBF became a pivotal platform for fostering sustainable development and strategic collaborations between Vietnam and Singapore while charting a path of leadership for Southeast Asia. Each annual forum has addressed pressing global, regional, and local challenges, emphasizing the integration of sustainability into business strategies and the pursuit of inclusive growth.

VIETSTAR Institute of Management and Consulting (VIETSTAR) and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) have built a strong partnership since 2022, united by a shared vision and mission to elevate board performance and empower business leaders in their pursuit of sustainable growth.

VIETSTAR and SID upgrade to comprehensive strategic partners in co-organising the Vietnam–Singapore Board Forum (VSBF) from 2026 and beyond. This will be a crucial step for Vietnamese businesses and Singaporean directors in SID’s member network to attend events in Vietnam. This will foster a Vietnam–Singapore Leadership Network in the era of sustainability, enabling mutual learning, business cooperation initiatives, and closer bilateral collaboration.
